"When my wife, myself, and our 7 month old returned home one evening after work we noticed our heater had stopped working. The temperature in our home was low 60's, 63 to be exact, and my wife was freezing, the weather has just turned to almost freezing for the first time this year. Worried about our son we got on the ball and started looking at companies in Southaven. We were referred to another company and left a voicemail that evening waiting for a call the next day. The next day rolled around and I waited for a call but did not receive it. I called the number back around 9am, eager to get something done that morning in order to fix it. The woman who picked up said she received my voicemail but the holidays were keeping them busy. I told her I would call her back and I googled heating in the Southaven area, Mitch's number popped up immediately. The difference was night and day from the initial call. The customer service rep was extremely professional on the phone and took the lead on my query.
